The replacement works very well. The customer service was very nice and they sent a replacement with a weeks time. For what it was worth this product does it job. Although, I had to return it because of the item being defective.
With the docking station it makes it so much easier to sync with laptop. Was really surprised that I wasn't able to get this from T-Mobile. This product was a great buy. The extra space for the additional battery is also a plus. So I was really glad I found it here. It is so much more pratical then a regular charger. I never felt comfortable laying my dash down.
I have dealt with this online company before and I continue to be satisfied. Great pricing for a reliable product.
If you have this HTC phone you can't pass up this item for the price. This is an awesome item for the HTC phone. It makes me wish it had actually come with the phone because the convience that has been added since purchasing this item is out of this world.
The auxillary battery charger light doesn't change from green very often so I'm not sure if it is actually charging or complete. I primarily need a cradle charger and it works fine for that but isn't quick to dock due to the plastic cover design for the phone.
